RESTAURANT CARLSLUND

A summer tradition for many locals is æggekage, a Danish style omelette, at Restaurant Carlslund in Fruens Bøge Skov. Unfortunately, a tradition that had to be put on pause when the restaurant burned down in 2015. Now the building has been rebuilt, and you can once again visit the cozy courtyard for an omelette with fried pork strips. Carlslund is a place of traditions, so off course you also have to order a beer and a schnapps to your meal.
